Sugosha has over the past few years developed an expertise in policy and regulatory as it concerns acquisitions by the Indian Armed Forces. We have a fair idea of the procurement procedures of DRDO, DPSUs and OFB besides other prime contractors. FDI policy, MSMED Act 2006, Public procurement Policy, Regulatory as prescribed by the DIPP, Export controls and other synergistic policies that affect procurement both by the government and offsets, are our strength for interpretation and advice.
